Evermost’s AWOX process can extract more than a dozen precious, critical, and strategic minerals from our waste products.

AWOX can liberate minerals from acid mine drainage, wet slurries, dry stacked tails, and coarse unprocessed rock.
We’re focusing broadly on sulphide wastes—from galena to pyrites to carrollites—where the most benefit is. Cuprous wastes pose a challenge to AWOX, because the ammonia wants to complex with the copper, but our R&D team will be hard at work on improving our processes.

We’re using century old proven ammonia hydrometallurgical chemistry, paired with proprietary processes and unique decision trees.
The chemistry works at lab scale, and we’ll be using it on real world wastes in our coming lab and pilot deployments.

Phase 1: Lab scale chemistry validation of real-world mine wastes—focused on galena, pyrite, sphalerite, and a few others.
Phase 2: Pilot scale operation at UK and US sites.
Phase 3: Demonstrator plants operating at 10k tonnes of ore per year.
Phase 4: Expanded minerals suite, to include the more difficult arsenopyrites and carrollites, while locking arsenoferrides in scorodites or other stable residuals.
Phase 5: Rare-earth extraction, to include tellurium, germanium, gallium, and others contained in our feedstocks.

Evermost negotiates with governments and landowners to remediate the sites at no cost to them, and returns a small percentage of the value of the minerals as royalty payments to the owners.
We anticipate conducting fee-simple and bond-assured remediation, selling carbon credits, and participating in metals futures as additional revenue sources. -
Evermost is currently working with chemical engineers, wastewater treatment plant operators, mine waste producers and owners, and government entities on three continents to establish the relationships we need to be successful at launch.

Evermost is currently pursuing technical partnerships and non-dilutive sources (grants, contracts, etc.) from UK and US agencies with authority over critical minerals, environmental protection, and mining.
We anticipate pursuing strategic pre-seed capital to support lab validation, pilot design, and early deployment in 2026.

Evermost Holdings, Inc. is registered in the United States with a US operating subsidiary, Evermost LLC.
We intend on creating a UK subsidiary in 2026.
Future countries will include Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Spain, and Canada.
